URIIC offers Employer’s Liability Insurance as an extension under Workmen’s Compensation Insurance or as a standalone policy as per the requirements of customers
Employers’ Liability Insurance indemnifies the employers to pay compensation which they are legally required to pay under the Common Law for personal injury or death by accident arising out of and in the course of employment.

The indemnity provided as compensation for damages and costs & expenses of litigation shall be as per Iraq jurisdiction.
The Premium rate is applied on the Limit of Indemnity. The premium chargeable depends on the nature of work and the risk involved.
